Jesus comes first and that means he is our ultimate leader. No matter what people or structures we have in place, all human efforts of leading are efforts to help others follow him.
Our church is governed by the congregation under the leadership of our Board of Elders. Our Elders are comprised of both vocational elders who work for the church and lay elders. These men oversee the preaching and teaching ministry of our church, as well as the direction of our ministries.
